Loose Red Dot polarizing lenses

My Ultra "Red Dot" Collimator front add-on polarizing lenses are loose,
and....you know,...they turn/rotate with the recoil on their own....usually
obliterating the target view.....and light setting of the sight picture.

Any suggestions..on glue adhesives,..... popping them out??????
